Excise sources said the truck carrying the contraband was seized near Jamankera boardering Jharkhand under Raibaga police limit about 60kms from here yesterday.
Acting on a tip off, excise personnel from Rourkela and Biramitrapur chased the vehicle and arrested the driver Rajendra Chandan (35) and helper Anukarana Kandulana(20).
Both the accused were produced before a local court here which remanded them to jail custody.
