Karan Pujara, who hails from Nepal, was arrested from Gorakhpur chawk last evening when he was returning after delivering a consignment of the contraband, they said.
Rs 10,000 in cash and 100 gms of charas were allegedly recovered from Pujara.
His accomplice Shaukeen, who belongs to Mehuwala, was arrested subsequently and over 2 kgs of charas was also seized from his possession, they said.
