Two persons were arrested on charges of procuring two passports with the help of forged documents in Kapali in Chandial Sub-division of adjoining Seraikela-Kharswan district today, a senior police officer said.

The accused Jamal-uddin, who has made two passports with fake documents, and his witness Sabir were arrested in course of verification, said Sub-Divisional Police Officer (Chandil), Vimal Kumar said.

On directive of the foreign section of the district police, Kumar said a police team had gone to verify the passport of Jamal-uddin when it detected that he had already procured one passport with his original address at Bagan Sahi under Azadnagar police station here.
