Two persons have been arrested in connection with the murder of a student of Islamic seminary Darul Uloom Deoband earlier this year, police said today.
Mohd Mubarik and Abu Azmi were shot at by the motorbike- borne criminals when they were going to the Deoband from Muzaffarnagar on a bike on May 23, critically injuring them. Mubarik had succumbed to his injuries at Delhi's Safdarjung hospital, a day later.
"Shakti Mohan, who was absconding since the incident was arrested yesterday. Another accused Kapil Sharma was arrested last month," SHO Arun Kumar.
