Two arrested for preparing fake medico-legal report

Haryana police today arrested two persons from Palwal district for allegedly making a forged medico-legal report.

Tareef and Sher Singh were arrested from Hathin town of the district, while a search was on nab their accomplice Shamvir, a police spokesman said.

Yakub, son of accused Taref, resident of village Nagalsabha, had an altercation with Murshed Bagaira on March 20 this year, he said.

On March 21, Tareef allegedly forged a medico-legal report with the help of a government hospital doctor in Palwal and registered a complaint under various sections against over dozen persons, including Bagaira and following which, they were arrested, he said.
 

However, police later found that the medico-legal report was forged and Tareef had registered a false case against them.
