Two men were arrested for allegedly stealing two wheelers for snatching mobile phones in Janak Puri area, police said Saturday.
The accused were identified as Virat (24) and Chetan (20), they said.
Following a tip-off, the duo were arrested Friday when they were roaming on a stolen two-wheeler, a senior police officer said.
Five bikes and four mobile phones were recovered from them, the officer said.
