ASI Ganesh Lal, posted with Mavli police station, had demanded the bribe from one Kesar Singh for submitting closure report of a case lodged against him in the trial court, IG ACB Umesh Mishra said.
After verification of the complaint made by Singh, a trap was laid by the ACB team.
The ASI called Singh near the court and asked him to hand over the amount to advocate Ashok Kumar Jain.
When the advocate was accepting the amount, he was arrested by the ACB team.
Later, the ASI was also arrested.
The ASI had earlier taken Rs 30,000 for closing the case related with a land dispute against Kesar Singh.
