Two persons were today arrested here with 1,500 gelatin rods.
On a tip-off, police intercepted a Maruti van on Manda Road under Lalganj police station area and recovered 1,500 gelatin rods packed in three sacks, SP Balikaran Yadav said.
The arrested, identified as Krishna Chaudhary and Aman Patel, both from Rohtas district of Bihar, were on their way to Sasaram to sell the explosive material.
