The two, who alighted from Patna-Ernakulam Express in the early hours, were found moving in a suspicious manner and when police searched them they found the ganja in their baggage.
Police said the duo confessed that they brought the contraband from their village, police said.
The youths were working as labourers in a city bus stand for the last four years and used to bring ganja, police said.
