Two bikers dead in Dwarka mishap

Two motorcyclists were today killed and two others injured in the Dwarka area of the city after being hit by a car which had lost control, police said.

One of the deceased has been identified as Sunil (34), a resident of Bahadurgarh, while the identity of the other deceased biker is yet to be ascertained.

Officials said that the mishap occurred when the driver of a Toyota Etios vehicle lost control and rammed into the bikes at high speed.

Police are now on the look-out for the driver of the car, who is absconding after the incident which took place in the evening today in Dwarka Sector-13.
 

The injured persons were rushed to a nearby hospital where the two bikers were declared dead.

"Eyewitnesses said that the car was moving in high speed and rammed into the two motorcycles and two cars. We are looking for the vehicle's driver," police said.
