Two persons were killed and two others injured when a sports utility vehicle (SUV) allegedly hit a motorcycle on the national highway near Sojat city in Pali district today, police said.
The two killed were riding the motorcycle whereas both the injured were travelling in the SUV.
One of the killed has been identified as 30-year-old Jawan Singh, while the other's identity was not ascertained as yet, they said.
The injured were rushed to government hospital in Pali.
The motorcyclists were on their way to Beawar from Pali when the SUV hit them from behind and they fell off the bike.
The SUV then ran into a divider and overturned in which two of its occupants got injured, they said.
