Two men riding a motorcycle were today killed in a pile-up involving six vehicles on the Main Elevated Road here.
The accident happened when a speeding car suddenly applied brakes due to a huge pit on the road, whereupon four other cars and a motorcycle following it rammed into each other, police said.
The driver of one of the cars could not apply emergency brakes and the vehicle overturned after ramming into the car ahead it.

Two occupants of the motorcycle moving between the cars fell down after thir bike hit the overturned car.
They were declared 'brought dead' in hospital.
The victims were identified as Ladipal Singh and Gurmeet Singh, residents of Jandiala Guru Town of Amritsar.
Two other persons received minor injuries in the mishap.
