The bodies of 34-year-old Harish Chand, brother of the car owner, and car driver 32-year-old Bijendra bore bullet wounds, SHO Rajeev Singh said.
The car had a taxi merit.
Police have found that the car was hired from Anoopshahr town of Bulandshahr by a group comprising two men, three women and a child.
The group that hired the car was missing, police said, adding the cause of the killing is being investigated.
