A speeding tractor ran over the children while they were easing themselves by the road side, police sources said.
The deceased were identified as Neha Kumari and Rahul, they said, adding the four injured children where taken to the sadar hospital for treatment where the doctor referred one of the seriously injured children to the PMCH at Patna.
