Shares of Kushal Tradelink Ltd and Silverpoint Infratech Ltd have shifted to BSE's main trading platform from the segment for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
With this, a total of eight companies have migrated to BSE main board so far.
In two separate notices today, BSE said the equity shares of Kushal Tradelink and Silverpoint Infratech, listed under BSE SME Platform, will now be admitted for dealings on the main board platform in the list of B Group.

The move would be effective from Monday.
As per norms, companies which have successfully met the criteria of completing two years on the BSE SME bourse and have post issue paid capital of more than Rs 10 crore, among others, are eligible for migration on the BSE main board.
BSE has a dedicated platform for trading in equities of SMEs to help them raise funds for growth and expansion in a cost effective manner. At present, 107 companies trade on BSE SME platform.
