Two crude bombs were recovered from an abandoned house at Nehru Nagar locality in Berhampur, police said today.
Some labourers spotted the bombs yesterday and informed the owner of the house, they said.
"We suspect a plot behind hiding the bombs. The crude explosive devices were defused by the bomb disposal squad," Inspector In-Charge of Goshaninuagon police station, S S Mohapatra, said.
