Two people were killed when a truck carrying husk overturned and fell over the car in which they were travelling, police said today.
The incident took place on a highway at Vehelna Chowk near here when the victims were on way to Haridwar from Delhi.
The duo was identified as Avinash Sharma and Partik Maheshvary, both residents of Haridwar, they said
The bodies have been recovered sent for postmortem.
In another incident, two people were killed and one injured when their bikes collided near Biralsi village in the district today.
