Two persons died of asphyxiation in a septic tank of a toilet at Durgapur in Saran district today.
The incident took place when the two persons were cleaning it in the wee hours, police said.
The villagers pulled the men out of the septic tank and took them to a nearby Primary Health Centre (PHC) where the attending doctors declared them as brought dead, they said.
