Two persons drowned in Bhavani river today, police said.
The two along with two of their friends went for bathing in the river near Sangilimaduvu area. Sathish (23) and Vignesh (23) drowned.
When their friends raised an alarm, people in the nearby area conducted a search for them. Later they recovered the bodies, police said.
