Two suspected drug peddlers were arrested today as part of a special anti-narcotics drive in the region, after 22 grams of heroin was allegedly found from their possession, police said.
Acting on a tip-off, police raided a house in Langrial village near R S Pura border belt, and arrested the accused after recovering 22 grams heroin, a weighing machine and a syringe, it added.
A case has been registered under relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
