Two forest officials injured by leopard

The injured forest officials have been admitted to Kotdwara government hospital, Range Officer J P Kukreti said.

The locals spotted a leopard in the area and informed the forest officials.

The area was cordoned off and the leopard was surrounded in the temple, he said adding, "As we tried to chase the wildcat towards the forest area, it attacked our team and injured two officials."
