A local court has sentenced two persons to rigorous imprisonment for ten years for raping a minor girl in the district.

The sessions court judge Adarsh Jain held Dharmendra and Imratlal Lodha guilty under section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, prosecution said today.

The court also imposed a fine of Rs 500 each on the convicts.

The duo, under the influence of alcohol, raped the 15-year-old girl on January 13 in Kundi Mangwar village in the agriculture field, finding her alone.
