On the basis of evidences, Additional District and Sessions judge R K Shukla held Raja and Sukkhu guilty of killing Sanjay over a property dispute here in August, 2009 and awarded them the punishment.
According to an FIR lodged by the victim's wife Seema, Sanjay was shot dead by his uncle Raja and his aide Sukkhu over a property dispute, prosecution sources said here.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 each on the convict.
