Two men were arrested today in China for flying a drone without permission and taking pictures of a confidential target using it.
Police said the men worked for a small film company. They flew the drone to film the skyline of Wuhan, capital of Hubei Province, on May 18, but had not been authorised.
The police were tipped off by an employee who noticed the drone hovering above his office following which the two men operating it were arrested. Detailed high-definition images of a confidential nature were found, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.
