At least two persons were arrested for allegedly possessing narcotics worth Rs 55 lakh from suburban Kandivali, police said today.
Acting on a tip-off, a trap was laid last night by the sleuths of unit 3 of the Crime Branch at Damunagar and Yogesh Shah (30) and Deepak Gupta (35) were apprehended, a senior police official said.
The accused were nabbed for possessing narcotics Ephedrine, Brohmexine, Methamphetamine and Ketamine, he said, adding a probe was on.
