The jeep, with four members of a family on board, suddenly hit a tree and overturned killing a woman tourist Shampa Bhattacharya and the driver on the spot, forest department sources said.
The three injured including, the woman's husband, and the couple's two children were injured and taken to Jalpaiguri Sadar Hospital, they said.
The family hails from south Bengal and had hired the jeep of a private tour operator for a round inside some parts of the forest.
