Two persons including
a teacher have been killed in separate incidents in Gumla district, the police said today.
Mandhata Singh, a teacher in a primary school, was shot dead by unidentified persons near his Sidhma village when he was returning home from a market, sources said here adding the reason behind the incident was not yet known.
In a separate incident, the police today recovered a body with its head smashed by a stone near Kotamati village, the police said. The victim was not yet identified.
