The accident occurred when the driver tried to save a snake crawling on the road and lost balance, police said.
The deceased have been identified as Prahlad (44) the driver and another person Amber (16), police said, adding, the bodies have been sent for post-mortem.
The injured have been admitted to the district hospital, police added.
