Two persons were killed and two others injured when a vehicle in which they were travelling skidded off the road and fell into a gorge in Doda district in the state today, police said.
Tirth Lal (67) and Naresh Kumar Chaudhan (45) died on the spot and two others suffered injuries when the vehicle skidded off the road and fell into the gorge at Jai Ghati in Bhaderwah tehsil of the district, they said.
Bodies were recovered and the injured shifted to a sub-district hospital at Bhaderwah, police said, adding a case has been registered and further investigation is on.
