Two persons were killed and another was injured when an old well which they were dismantling at Khera Khemavati village in the district suddenly caved in, police said.
The victims were buried under the debris after the incident last evening, they said.
The deceased have been identified as Surajbhan and Ramkishan, while the injured person Satish, who was rushed to PGIMS at Rohtak, was stated to be in a serious condition.
