Two members of the militant outfit Kamtapuri Liberation Organisation (KLO) were arrested from 12 Mile area under Habibpur police station in Malda district, police said today.
Uttam Mondal (39) and Sanjay Burman (40) were arrested from their residences in the area last night, Superintendent of Police Kalyan Mukherjee said.
Police have launched a massive hunt for KLO militants, active in northern part of the state, after the Jalpaiguri blast in which five persons were killed in December last.
