Laxman and Ram Kishan were collecting garbage when they were knocked down by the bus, police said.
They died on the spot, while two other workers sustained minor injuries, they said.
Efforts were on to nab the errant bus driver who fled from the scene, they said.
Irate sanitation workers demanded compensation to the families of the deceased, they said.
