Two labourers were charred to death when a fire broke out in a foam godown at Gandhi Colony here, police said today.
"Harender (30) and his nephew Rohit (25) were killed yesterday when the fire broke out in the foam godown in Gandhi Colony here, said SP (city) Rajkamal.
"A case has been registered against the owner of the godown, Gorav Dhingra. He was arrested early this morning," the SP added.
