Setu Kendruka and Naga Kendruka were nabbed from a forest near Chitraguda in Narayanpatna area during a search operation following a tip-off, police said.
The Maoists were involved in over a dozen different criminal cases in the region.
The two were also involved in supply of explosive materials to the Maoists, they said.
