Ram Prakash (55) and his son Nitin (17) were electrocuted when an overhead wire fell on them, police said.
Hearing the cries of her husband and son, Rajabeti tried to save them but in the process received serious burn injuries, said Police.
All three were taken to the nearby hospital where father and son were declared brought dead. Rajabeti is undergoing treatment.
Angry over the incident, irate villagers protested against the electricity department and were pacified only after the police announced compensation for the family.
