Two men barge into CJM's house; beat driver, peon

Two persons allegedly barged into the house of a Chief Judicial Magistrate in D C Colony here and beat up his driver and peon, police said today.

According to a police spokesperson, the accused entered the house of CJM Amrendra Sharma last night by scaling the wall. They then went to the servants' quarter and beat up driver Vijay and peon Ankit.

The accused also threatened to shoot the victims, the spokesman said.

When the victims shouted for help, the policemen on duty at the CJM's house reached there and caught the accused, Surendra and Sameer.

The accused were today presented before a court which remanded them to two-day police remand, he said.
 

On the complaint of the driver, a case has been registered against the accused.
