Two minor sisters got drowned in the Ganga at Gyantola village under Sahebpur Kamal police station of Bihar's Begusarai district today.
Police said the incident occurred when the girls had gone to attend nature's call on the river bank, they slipped into deep waters and got drowned.
Local divers and villagers fished out the bodies of Sonam Kumari (7) and Minakshi Kumari (4), daughters of Praveen Yadav.
The girls had come to their maternal grandfather's place at Gyantola village.
