Two minors missing from Faridabad

Two children, from two different areas of the town here, have gone missing, police said.

In the first case, a five-year-old son of one Malti Sharma, a resident of Sant Nagar in Faridabad, had been missing since February 28.

According the complaint filed yesterday at the police station Central Faridabad, the boy was playing outside his house in the evening on February 28, but did not returned home

Investigating officer Madan Gopal, said police was probing the matter.

In second such case, a 13-year-old girl had reportedly gone missing from village Palla No 1 in Faridabad.

Girl's father, Bijendra Singh filed a complaint with the police station Sarai Khwaja.
 

According to the complaint, Singh's daughter had gone to school on March 2 but did not returned since.

Singh had accused one Banti, son of Ashok and a resident of Sarai Khawaja, of luring the girl and abducting her.

Investigating officer Mahendra Singh said a complaint has been registered and the police was probing the matter.
