A canter carrying Ghee tins rammed into a dumper loaded with sand on the Expressway near Murshadpur village at around 3.40 am, killing the canter driver on the spot, police said.
In another mishap, two persons - Himanshu and Tanuja - were injured near Jewar toll plaza after their car tyre burst.
They have been admitted to hospital.
A series of road accidents ever since the much-awaited Yamuna Expressway was thrown open in August has raised concern among authorities, who are planning for steps to check over-speeding and penalise the offenders.
