A day before the rescheduled written examination for recruitment of constables, crime branch of Odisha police today arrested two more persons in connection with the question paper leak incident of the earlier examination.

With this, the number of arrests in the case goes up to eight, police said.

"Satyanarayan Das, an ASI of Boudh district and Shanakar Sethy, a steno in the State Selection Board of Odisha Police are arrested and forwarded to court today," said a crime branch police officer supervising the investigation.

Earlier last month, the crime branch sleuths had arrested six persons, including four policemen for allegedly leaking the questions of the written examination.

The written examination was earlier scheduled on March 15. But it was cancelled on the day of the examination following orders from the DGP.
