Police arrested two persons from Bahawadi village here today for murders during the communal riots last year.
Mohit and Upender were produced in a court which remanded them to 14 days judicial custody.
Mohit was wanted in a triple murder case while Upender was wanted for a murder in Bahawadi during the riots last year, the police said.
The communal riots in Muzaffarnagar and adjoining areas in August last year claimed over 60 lives and left thousands homeless.
