Acting on a tip-off, police yesterday arrested two collaborators-Jubalal Tripura (25) and Maharaja Tripura (58) from two different points of the town and recovered three mobile phones and two sim cards from one person.
During interrogation they revealed that they came to buy mobile phones and manage some sim cards for the insurgents who have camps in Chittagong Hill Tract (CHT) of Bangladesh. The collaborators are from neighbouring Mizoram.
The ultras also confessed that recently 11 insurgents were recruited from Kanchanpur in NLFT.
