Two children of a family were killed and another boy injured when a retention wall of BSNL fell over their dwelling at C Sector area here during landslide, police said today.
A 14-year-old girl and a 9 year old boy of the same family were killed in the landslide last night while another 12-year-old boy of the same family was reported to be critically injured, police said.
The deceased have been identified as Yukar Yalang (12) and Yukar Tanyik (9), while the critically injured was Yukar Tali, they said.

"Reports of landslide and road blockade have also been reported at Chandranagar, Niti vihar and many other sectors in the state capital. However, details of damages are awaited," an official statement said.
Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner Mige Kamki in a statement informed that in another incident a seven-year-old boy Getem Tali went missing at Seinki river near Chandranagar since August 14 last.
Search operations was carried out by the police, magistrates and SDRF since yesterday which also continued today at several locations but in vain as the river is in high spate.
The DC also informed that At Karsingsa, a portion of the NH-52 (A) was washed away by the mighty Dikrong river disrupting surface communication between Itanagar and Banderdewa.
The road has been closed for all traffic which are being diverted through Doimukh-Gumto road, the DC said.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Nabam Tuki while expressing shock over the tragic death of two minors today announced ex-gratia payment of Rs 1,50,000 each to the next of kin of the deceased and also announced relief for the critically injured as per relief norms.
Tuki urged the people residing in slope sides of the hills which are dangerously prone to landslides to shift to safer places.
