Visakhapatnam rural police has arrested two people in connection with a job racket, in which 13 youth from Vizag were detained in Malaysia for overstaying.
The police has arrested the prime accused in the job racket K Raju and his brother K Srinivas while one more accused K Gopi, who is Raju's brother is still at large and is believed to be in Malaysia, police sources said here today.
Rayavaram police sub-inspector K Srinivasa Rao said that the three brothers allegedly ran a 'job consultancy' at Adduroad area under Rayavaram police station limits in the district and collected Rs 1.5 lakh to Rs 2 lakh from unemployed youth.

The racket came to light on Sunday after parents of K Ravindra who was detained in Malaysia lodged a complaint at the Rayavaram police station.
The police said that the trio sent more than 30 youth to Malaysia on tourist visas after duping them under the pretext of getting them employment in Malaysia.
Meanwhile, relatives of the 22 victims approached Rayavaram police today.
The police said that it is investigating the case to ascertain how many youth from Vizag have been detained in Malaysia.
