Two persons held with Ganja in Jammu

Two persons were arrested today with two kilogrammes of Ganja in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.

During a routine patrolling, a police team noticed the suspicious movement of two persons at Ramloo village in Ramgarh belt of the district, a police officer said, adding that the duo tried to escape but were apprehended.

When a search physical search was conducted, Ganja weighing two kg was recovered from their possession, he said.

The accused were identified as Bhola Shah and Bhulai shah of Bihar, he said adding that both were arrested.

A case has been registered against them.
