Two persons were today killed on the spot and three others got injured when a cement-laden vehicle overturned after one of its tyre got punctured at Thaeeyat village, 13 kms from here, police said.
The deceased were identified as Poonam Singh and Tej Singh, the police said.
The injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital, they said.
The incident occurred when the vehicle was on its way from Hameera to Jaisalmer.
