The West Singhbhum district police arrested two operatives of the People's Liberation Front of India (PLFI) from Rangamati village under Muffasil police station, the police today said.
Earlier on Tuesday, the police had arrested two PLFI ultras, allegedly involved in the abduction of four officials of Jharkhand Mining department last year, during an ongoing anti-Naxal operation "Kaaro II" in West Singhbhum district, a senior police officer said.
During interrogation, one of the arrested ultras Ramkamal Das disclosed that some PLFI ultras including Udai Tuti and Amrai Tuti have taken shelter in the house of Turam Sundi, who managed to escape during the Tuesday's raid.

A police team rushed to the village and conducted raid in the house of Sundi, who along with Tuti were arrested, said Deputy Superintendent of Police (HQ) Pramod Kumar Sinha.
The Police recovered two rifles and four live cartridges from them, he said adding the anti-Naxal operation "Kaaro II" would continue the PLFI ultras were flushed out from the district.
