The assailants shot dead Awadesh Patel and his son Nageshwar patel and injured two unidentified persons while they were sleeping outside the house last night, Superintendent of Police Sunil Kumar Naik said.
Land dispute was stated to be the motive behind the incident, he said.
The bodies have been sent for postmortem and the injured duo were referred to Patna Medical College Hospital, sources said.
