Two students allegedly committed suicide by jumping before a train in separate incidents in the city today.
Hemlata (19), who was preparing for competitive exams, jumped in front of a train in Malvia Nagar area, police said.
In the other incident, Akash Chaudhary, a BSc first year student of a private university in Jagatpura area, ended his life by jumping before a train in Kho-Nagorian area, they said.
"The bodies were handed over to their family members. Probe is on to know the reasons behind the incidents and whether the deaths have any connection," police added.
