According to police, Mounika hanged herself in the bathroom of her house last afternoon in Suraram Colony following an "argument" with her mother.

A social media post attributed to Mounika reads: "Nowadays...I am afraid to be happy...I don't know y people don't want to look at me when I am happy in my life. Every moment in my life is going so worst...I am just passing out through them...by learning lessons from everything happening my life".
